We completely accept the responsibility that comes with safeguarding your sensitive data, such as information about your menstrual cycle. a. Personal Information we collect

We collect certain data that allows us to contact you, analyze how you interact with our app and fix bugs. Note that Personal Information you may provide us through the Service or otherwise includes:
 

i) Account Information:
The data that you provide to create an account on the Service, including your name, email address, password, age, and phone number.

ii) Profile Information:
The data that you chose to add to your profile on the Service, such as your profile photo, full name, email address, and contact number.

iii) Health Information:
The data that you provide through the Service, such as information about your cycle length, period length, physical attributes, symptoms, diet details, alcohol consumption details, pregnancy test details, physical activity, sexual activity, mood, sleep details, weight details, basal temperature details, water consumption details, blood glucose details, and blood pressure details.

The data you allow the Service to collect from mobile health apps, such as Apple HealthKit or Google Fit, includes any information you chose to store in those apps, subject to your preferences.

iv) Communication Data:
The data that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback, through social media, or otherwise.

v) Marketing Data:
The data, as your preference, for receiving our marketing communications and newsletters.

vi) Device Data:
The data such as mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM, disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Phone, Tablet), IP Address, language settings, device carrier, and network information.

vii) Geolocation data:
Precise geolocation data when you authorize our mobile application to access your device’s location.

viii) In-App Activity Data:
The data includes pages or screens you viewed, time spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screen, access times, duration of access, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them.

We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information which is identified as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.

b. How we process your Personal Information

When you create a Cicle password, it is stored using one-way encryption and cannot be read by us. Note that if you use Social login (via Google Account, Facebook Connect, or Apple Sign-in), Cicle does not receive your original password.
Here are the reasons for which we process the data and the kind of information that is processed to satisfy each purpose:

Service Delivery
We collect the data to provide our service to you, which may include sending occasional information and reminders to your mobile via in-app messages and push notifications. We are contemplative of what we convey and how frequently. You always remain in full control of your communication preferences while using Cicle. You can change the settings in the application at any time.

Research and Development
The motive of the Cicle app is to help advance female health globally. We believe that research benefits everyone and we may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service.

Marketing and Advertising
We may send you Cicle-related or other direct marketing communication as per the standards. You may opt out of our marketing communication by unsubscribing to our emails.

c. Sharing of your Personal Information

To be very clear,Cicle is committed to privacy. Your personal information remains safe on our servers. We do not share any personal information with any third-party apps, trackers, or advertisers. This is not our business model.

d. Data Security

The security of our data servers is routinely verified by experts to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

e. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 03, 2021, and will remain in effect except concerning any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our application.

f. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

g. Delete your account request

You can delete your Cicle account at any time (available under Profile > Delete Account > Delete Account). it may take up to 365 days to delete your information after we begin the account deletion process or receive a deletion request. User can contact to support@sheresolved.com to reactivate account before 365 days.
