Priti spent most of her life being overweight. She was fat as a child, and by the time she was 36, she weighed in at 310 lbs. She was often bullied in high school because of how big she was, so she developed social anxiety.

Priti spent most of her life being overweight. She was fat as a child, and by the time she was 36, she weighed in at 310 lbs. She was often bullied in high school because of how big she was, so she developed social anxiety.

" I've had really dark times, and instead of seeking therapy, I kept eating my feelings away."

Her story changed two years ago, when she decided to sign up for a weight loss program at CICLE. In just 13 weeks, she dropped 100 lbs. thanks to her dietitian and personal trainer. But the hardest part, she says, was when that ended and she had to do it on her own.

When I was done with the program, I was really worried I wouldn't be able to continue the journey on my own. There was no one to push me but myself. But I knew if I didn't do it, I'd go back to where I was before. "

Priti continued working out at least four times a week and stuck with her nutrition plan. As of June this year, she was down to 150 lbs. All this was made possible thanks to CICLE. 

"I knew I had to be intentional about losing weight because it was starting to affect my physical and mental health. At one point, I was really depressed. There were times during my weight loss journey when I wanted to give up, but I came to realize that the most difficult road had led to the most beautiful journey of my life. "
